Telefon hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nicht reapriert => Kosten Handy, das Zimmer wurde nicht gesäubert, das Licht im (fensterlosen) Bad ist immer wieder ausfallen, das internet hat nicht funktioniert (kabel), bei jedem Problem musste ich min. 15 Min an der Rezeption anstehen (nur ein Mitarbeiter!) |

Room is very clean and cooking facilities were good even though I didn't use much, the staffs are fairly kind and nice and I booked today again for my re-visist in December. |

There were no rooms left when I turned up at 10pm. Several people were in the same situation. After over an hour of arguing, they finally gave me a room key but when I went up there was a man in underwear already in the room. They gave me a second key and I found a room with open luggage and valuables so clearly also taken. They wanted to give me a third key but I knew that room was already taken. |

The staff atttitude was very poor, not helpful. They could not find our booking, we waited for over an hour at the reception. Additionally, they gave us keys to room and made us check if the rooms were made up/cleaned for us to stay in. When we forgot to take our gold chain from the bed side, and the staff gave us the merry-go-round, without helping us to find the chain. So we lost it there. |

New building, nice facilities but very poorly maintained. Lots of broken stuff in the room. Tedious check-in: after 20 minutes waiting I was giving by mistake the key room of another guest.... Serious concern about security if somebody can get the key or your room where you keep all your staff, specially when the safe of the room was not working either. Additionally... "Alien" hairs inside my bed... |
