That we had to turn in the key every time we went out. It was inconvenient to have to keep going to the desk to pick up the key every time we went in and out. |

The bathroom was great. It was very close to all the city and very close to the Passy Metro. Great location. The breakfast was also great. The stairs are very small if you have a suitcase. |

the receptionist was very helpful and nice the stairs is very narrow so its quite uneasy to carry the luggage all the way up |

Friendly staff who answered any query easily and in a very helpful manner. Having elevators would be an advantage as the staircases are very tight when trying to get baggage to rooms above the ground floor. I realise that this might be impractical because of the type of building that the hotel is in. |

i like the location of the hotel which is quite near to the Eiffel tower. The hotel rooms are very small and the bathroom is too small, i hardly turn-round. |

Great location within 20 minute walk of oecd conference center; near bakeries, cafes, and Asian deli. Delicious breakfast included in the price. Mild case of food poisoning from one breakfast--probably atypical. |

It was easy to get to from the metro stop; the front desk staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was fine: hot drink, oj, breads....other foods available for purchase Getting luggage up a small, winding staircase |

Location was the prime quality being close to the Eiffel Tower and within easy walking distance of some quality restaurants or decent cafes. Room size was slightly on the small side with no fridge or tea making facilities in the rooms.Decor was OK but could lift the room if a few pounds were spent. |
