position of the hotel, right in the centre, close to the metro, champs elysee, lafayette galeries, etc the rooms are small, but this was not an inconvenient |

Great location. There is no space for non-smokers. Hotel rooms smell of stale cigarette smoke. Could use a hairdryer. Very noisy. |

The information on the Localisation is not exact. Hotel is located 5 minutes walking from Place de Clichy and 15 minutes walk from Gare St Lazare , which would make is more substantial to make the reference towards Place de Clichy. Room was very clean , but also extremly small. Moreover there is a WiFi, but no Internet connection for the guests. |

Calmness, easy to access, the location. We mentioned not to charge our card when booking, and we asked to be charged on arrival but we already had been charged. |

The hotel was in the middle of the city, next tot the metro. The lobby was looking very good. Information at the reception about the city good be better. |

The reception desk staff was quite business like; he didn't even show me where the elevetor was before I asked. Also the elevator was quite small and I had hard time drawing my big suitcase up to my room. The bathroom was also too small. |
